الوصف الوظيفي

• Plans, assigns, schedules and supervises the work of skilled electricians performing electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on high and low voltage electrical system, and electrical equipment & machineries.
• Train & instruct detailed procedures, and provides technical development to subordinates.
• Estimates supplies and materials needed by subordinates, and initiates requisition for supplies, tools and equipment.
• Enforces safety regulation & rules during working conditions.
• Inspect facilities and installation, and make recommendations on proposed project, alteration and revisions.
• Monitor the workmanship and performance of subordinates by inspecting their work assigned and completed at a proper time table.
• Respond to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate electrical concerns

المهارات

• Proven leadership.
• Able to work with other people and deal with customers and consultants directly.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Standards Clause 7.3.

• Must have experience with large, complex organizations, preferably in the precast or construction industry.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of Precast Concrete design, production and erection.
• Thorough knowledge of CAD and other applicable design and documentation software.
• Excellent organizational skills.
